Return Eligibility

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Jewelry, accessories, or personal use items

  • Items marked as “final sale”

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, email us at flumie.official@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are non-refundable.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping if applicable.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect your return.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Exchanges

Please note: We do not offer exchanges for international orders.
If you'd like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
