Flumie Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods
We offer domestic and international shipping. All orders are shipped via a standard courier. For international orders, EMS international rates by region will be applied.

Shipping Regions
We ship domestically across South Korea and internationally to selected countries. Please ensure your shipping information is correct to avoid delays.

Delivery Times

  • Domestic orders: 2–5 business days from payment confirmation.

  • International orders: Delivery times may vary by destination country. Customs delays may occur.

Shipping Fees

  • Domestic shipping: 3,000 KRW flat rate. Free for orders over 70,000 KRW.

  • Additional charges:

    • Jeju: +3,000 KRW

    • Remote islands/mountainous regions: +5,000~7,000 KRW

  • International shipping: EMS international rates by region will apply and will be displayed at checkout.

Combined Shipping
If you place multiple orders under the same order number, we will combine them into one shipment. Orders with different numbers cannot be combined.

Customs and Import Duties
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees in the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Please note: Customs clearance procedures can cause delivery delays that are beyond our control. We are not responsible for additional charges or delays due to customs.

Lost or Damaged Items
Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, risk of loss and title pass to the customer. Please contact the carrier directly for claims regarding lost or damaged shipments.
